3. Immediately after receiving an alarm, the office should take the following measures:

Quickly organize voluntary firefighters to rush to the scene, and promptly notify the personnel or electricians at the accident site to cut off the power supply to the fire site;

Immediately notify the chief commander, deputy chief commander and communication liaison group of the fire accident emergency leading group, rush to the scene of the accident to carry out the rescue fire fighting operation, and verify whether the alarm content is correct, and if necessary, report to the “119” again and send a special person to the school gate. The front pass guides the fire truck to the accident site quickly. Organize evacuation and rescue according to the procedures and measures of this plan;

Third, emergency evacuation organization procedures and measures

In the event of a fire, the evacuation and guidance group first evacuates the people trapped by the fire, and then evacuates the materials around the fire. At the same time, it is necessary to pay attention to the safety of the evacuation personnel. The materials after evacuation should be placed without affecting the fire exit and away from the fire. Secure locations and arrange staff care to ensure completeness.

1. In the case of evacuation, first evacuate flammable materials and valuable materials.

2. After the fire brigade arrives at the fire, it should follow the instructions of the public security firefighters for evacuation.

The fire-fighting action route and the emergency evacuation route are the same as the earthquake prevention and disaster prevention evacuation route of our school.

4. Procedures and measures for the fire fighting operation group to save the initial fire

1. After receiving the fire, the fire-fighting action group should quickly rush to the place of fire and follow the unified command of the chief commander to carry out the fire. In the case that the chief commander has not arrived, the fire source and fire-fighting equipment will be used nearby to quickly extinguish the fire and prevent the fire from spreading;

2. When a firefighting action team member arrives at a fire scene, if a person is found to be surrounded by fire, he should first save the person and then rescue the fire. If it is found that the inflammable and explosive dangerous goods are threatened by fire, the personnel should be quickly organized to inflame and explosive dangerous goods. Transfer to a safe location.

3. If the fire is a chemical or a flammable or explosive dangerous substance, use a dry powder fire extinguisher, sand and other items to save the water in the absence of an explosion hazard. Use water to wet the surrounding combustibles, but it is strictly forbidden to use water to save chemicals. Or fires of inflammable and explosive dangerous articles; if it is not certain whether there is any danger of explosion, it should be prepared at a safe place, waiting for the order of the commander of the fire department and the command of the fire commander and deputy commander.

4. After the public security fire brigade arrives at the fire, it should follow the command of the commander of the public security fire department to cooperate with the fire fighting work.

V. Programs and measures for communication, security, medical care and logistics support

1. Communication group

After receiving the fire, the communication team immediately notified the action teams to the scene of the fire;

According to the requirements of the chief commander, the power outage, water supply, vehicle deployment, fire-fighting measures and other instructions are communicated to the action teams at the fire site;

Timely feedback on the progress of the fire site to ensure the smooth flow of information on the scene of the fire and the outside world and to seek liaison work from neighboring units.

2. Security protection group

After receiving the fire alarm, the safety protection team should quickly rush to the scene of the fire, conduct on-site protection, control the situation while controlling the vehicles and unrelated personnel to enter the school and the fire site, and promptly notify the relevant personnel to clear the vehicles parked around the fire site away from the fire;

After the fire is extinguished, it is necessary to thoroughly inspect the site, eliminate the remaining fire, and send people to protect the fire site, wait for the supervision and inspection of the public security fire department, and assist in the investigation of the fire accident.

3. Medical rescue team

After receiving the notice, the medical rescue team should promptly organize medical personnel to prepare rescue equipment, medicines, ambulances, etc., and quickly rush to the scene of the fire to carry out emergency rescue for the injured;

If someone is injured or poisoned, it should be handled according to the injury situation, if necessary, call "120" ambulance.

4. Logistics Support Repair Team

Timely control and repair of water, electricity, gas, boilers and related facilities at the scene of the fire, and overall monitoring of water, electricity and gas in the campus environment, if necessary, timely report to the municipal, hydropower, gas boiler and other administrative departments Come to repair.
