To further implement the medical safety responsibility system of “strengthening medical safety, improving medical quality” and “who is in charge and who is responsible”, clarify the responsibility of hospital directors and employees for medical safety work, and effectively prevent medical disputes and medical treatment. Mistakes, the occurrence of medical accidents, guarantee medical safety, maintain medical order, improve the quality of medical services, clarify duties and work objectives, and implement the responsibility system for medical safety work. According to the deployment of the hospital, combined with the actual situation of our hospital, we will sign the responsibility statement for the medical safety work target:
1. Party A has the following obligations and rights to Party B:
Party A shall promptly communicate to Party B the obligations of the higher party committee government, the competent health authorities and the hospital on medical safety work policies, requirements and specific objectives;
Party A has the obligation to provide necessary material basis and technical support for Party B's work in accordance with the rules and regulations formulated by the hospital;
Party A has the obligation to help Party B resolve the actual difficulties in the work in accordance with the regulations of the hospital;
Party A has the obligation to clarify the responsibility of Party B, and has the right to conduct regular or irregular assessments of Party B's work and reward and punish according to the results of the assessment;
Party A has the right to issue temporary mandatory work to Party B at any time.
Second, Party B's tasks and objectives in medical safety work:
Party B strictly abides by the hospital's rules and regulations during the work, such as: the first doctor's responsibility system, the first question responsibility system, the critically ill patient discussion system, the consultation system, the referral system, the medical document writing system, the check system, the business Learning system, duty and shift system;
Party B shall hold regular medical safety work meetings and medical knowledge lectures for relevant personnel of hospitals and outpatient departments to convey the guidelines, policies and relevant work measures of the higher-level party committee government, health authorities and hospitals on medical safety, and conscientiously implement the various medical treatments of the hospital. Safety management system, medical treatment technical procedures and medical safety work measures;
Under the guidance and guidance of Party A, we will conscientiously do a good job in hospital medical safety inspection, and assist the “integrated” office to do a good job in the medical safety of the outpatient department, timely check all work, eliminate all kinds of medical risks, and ensure medical safety. Report the inspection to the hospital leadership at any time;
Promptly complete the temporary mandatory work arranged by Party A.
Third, the reward and punishment measures:
According to the hospital requirements, the director of the department will take out 200.00 yuan per month as a risk deposit. If the medical room is caused by human factors, medical errors, medical errors, medical accidents, the hospital will deduct the director of 200.00 yuan*12 months as punishment; Any medical and medical disputes, medical errors, medical accidents, the hospital will give the director 200.00 yuan * December * 2 as a reward.
According to the regulations of the hospital, medical compensation, medical errors, medical accidents caused by medical accidents shall be compensated by the parties for 5-20% of the compensation, and the director shall be punished by 200.00 yuan*12 months;
Penalties will be imposed according to the circumstances of the various interim directives that are not completed by Party A for no reason.
Party B has not completed the tasks and objectives in the medical safety work, and will be punished according to the situation.
This target responsibility letter is in triplicate and is deposited by Party A, Party B and the supervisor.
