1. The first person in charge of the administrative object of responsibility is the first person responsible for safety production. 1. Conscientiously implement the state's guidelines, policies, laws, regulations and technical standards on safe production, formulate the annual plan for the safe production of the unit, and list them as the important agenda of the unit. At least one regular meeting of safety production will be held every month. Solve major problems in safety production; organize at least one comprehensive and special safety production inspection every month, and have inspection record vouchers.

2. Strengthen organizational leadership, and the executive leader must bear the overall responsibility. All units shall timely adjust the safety production management organization according to the personnel changes to ensure that the work is not affected.

3. Establish a top-down safety production responsibility network. At the same time, the responsibility for the production safety is signed and the responsibility is implemented.

4. In accordance with the principle of "who is the hidden danger of rectification", earnestly grasp the rectification of various hidden dangers and the monitoring of various hazards, and curb the occurrence of serious accidents. It is necessary to carry out general surveys, registrations, and filing of hidden and serious accidents in this unit, and to carry out rectification in a timely manner, so as to achieve the goal of no hidden dangers through rectification. If it is difficult to rectify at a time, effective monitoring measures must be taken. There must be a complete report after the rectification of the hidden danger.

5. All units must establish and improve the construction of safety production management institutions and management systems, with teams in line, personnel in place, and necessary facilities and equipment.

6. Conscientiously implement the "Safe Production Law" and do a good job in publicity and training. Solidly carry out a series of publicity and education activities such as “Safe Production Promotion Month” and “Road Traffic Safety Publicity Week” to create a safe atmosphere, improve employee safety awareness, and do a good job in safety skills training. The three-level safety education rate of new workers is 100%, and the number of special positions is 100%.

7. In accordance with the principle of “four not letting go”, seriously investigate and deal with all kinds of major accidents. The accidents that occur shall be closed within the time limit set by the state, and the settlement rate shall be 100%. In case of serious accidents, a written report shall be written to the higher authorities in a timely manner as required.

8. Seriously complete all aspects of safety production in the group company's deployment.
