In order to effectively implement the company's "fire safety management system" and "injection safety management regulations" provisions, implement and adhere to the "safety first, prevention-oriented, anti-disintegration" principle, to ensure the safety of the injection molding department production process To minimize and eliminate safety incidents, implement the responsibility system of “who is in charge and who is responsible”, and effectively protect the safety of life and property of the company and employees. The heads of each class/group must perform the following fire safety management duties:
Mr. is responsible for fire safety work and his duties in fire safety are as follows:
1. You are the direct responsible person for the safety production and fire prevention work of the injection molding department. It is necessary to include the fire safety work of this class in the daily management work, and often work tirelessly;
2. Implement the relevant provisions on safety production such as the “Fire Safety Management System” and the “Injection Safety and Health Management Regulations”, and supervise the strict observance of its employees;
3. Advocate/train relevant safety and fire protection knowledge to their employees, improve their safety awareness and deal with unexpected resilience;
4. Do a good job in daily safety production and inspection of on-site fire-fighting equipment, and find out problems in a timely manner, eliminate potential safety hazards, and prevent accidents;
5. Maintain the fire protection facilities at the production site, keep the safety passages on the site unimpeded, the safety signs are clear, and the fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, and electric gates are strictly prohibited from being blocked.
6. Do a good job in checking the safety performance of equipment such as color matching machines and crushers, and ensure that their use is safe and reliable;
7. Do a good job in the safety check of the power socket/connector/line power supply at the production site to ensure the safety of production electricity;
8. Do a good job in fire prevention work at the production site and safe use/management of flammable, explosive, and dangerous goods;
9. Report fire safety accidents in a timely and truthful manner, and actively implement relevant prevention/remediation measures for problems discovered by the company and departments in safety/fire inspection work;
10. Actively participate in safety/firefighting training, study safety/fire protection knowledge, and improve safety management and fire management capabilities.

Remarks: This letter of responsibility is signed by both the fire safety person in charge of the workshop class and the first person in charge of the department. This responsibility letter is in duplicate and each one is executed.
