In order to strengthen the fire safety management of the hotel, the rights and obligations of Party A and Party B in the fire protection work shall be clarified. According to the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and local fire protection regulations and relevant regulations, this fire safety responsibility letter shall be formulated and the two parties shall abide by:
1. Party A's responsibilities:
1. Party A is obliged to conduct a fire safety education before the appointment of all employees of Party B, so that Party B employees are familiar with the relevant systems and regulations of hotel fire protection. Master simple fire fighting knowledge;
2. Party A is responsible for arranging the corresponding number of fire-fighting equipment in the leased area of ​​Party B, and regularly inspecting, maintaining and maintaining the fire-fighting equipment;
3. Party A's security department and relevant departments have the right to conduct fire inspections on Party B's premises frequently. If it is found that there are violations and behaviors in violation of regulations and fire hazards, Party A has the right to order Party B to carry out rectification and suspension of business. All losses and expenses arising therefrom shall be borne by Party B.
2. Party B's responsibilities:
1. The contractor of Party B is the person responsible for fire safety and is fully responsible for the fire safety work of the leased place; it is obliged to educate its own employees to enhance the fire safety awareness;
2. Party B is obliged to ensure that all fire-fighting equipment and equipment in the contracted area are in good condition, and it is strictly forbidden to use fire-fighting facilities automatically.
3. Party B shall not use electric appliances such as electric stoves, electric irons, electric irons, induction cookers, rice cookers, etc. without permission. It is strictly forbidden to mess with the wires;
4. It is strictly forbidden to use and store flammable and explosive chemicals in the rented area. It is forbidden to use the open fire equipment of coal stove, alcohol stove and gas stove;
5. Party B must keep the fire evacuation passage open. It is forbidden to pile up debris in the exit parts such as walkways and stairs;
6. It is strictly forbidden to use open fire in the hotel. It is true that due to business needs, it is necessary to fill out the “Use the Open Fire Approval Form” to report to the hotel security department for approval, and to implement the preventive measures at the designated place and time, the party must be on fire;
7. Party B shall pay Party A the fire safety guarantee.
Third, liability for breach of contract
1. If Party A fails to perform the contents specified in this letter of responsibility and causes Party B's loss, Party A shall be responsible for economic compensation and assume corresponding responsibilities;
2. Anyone who fails to perform the provisions of this letter of responsibility, violates fire management regulations and does not obey Party A's fire management, deducts the penalty from the fire safety deposit. If the lease term expires and Party B has no violations, Party A shall refund Party B's fire safety deposit. If Party B violates the fire protection regulations and causes losses to Party A, Party B shall be responsible for economic compensation and bear corresponding legal liabilities.
4. Other unfinished matters shall be settled through negotiation between the two parties.
5. This responsibility letter is issued in triplicate. Party A, Party B and the local fire supervision department shall each hold one copy.
