Wenyu Barbecue Festival

On Thursday morning, the school organized students to have a barbecue outside the classroom in grades three through six. Upon hearing this message, the students all showed a smile and a cheering dance. I am happy to have flowers in my heart. The leaves and flowers sway in the wind, as if dancing for us; the birds screaming in the air, as if singing for us...

Thursday was a particularly good weather. We brought a lot of barbecue skewers, materials and snacks to the outside of the classroom and started to prepare.

Our husband got a good fire, then put charcoal, then used a fan to fan the carbon red. I picked up the fan and made it strong. After a while, the carbon started to smoke white. I brushed the oil on the wire mesh and started to put it on. Food, kebabs, sausages, chicken wings, chicken legs... I have to look at these things on the fire, I don't have much to say in my heart!

After about ten minutes, I was in a hurry. How are these things still not good? When can I eat it? Suddenly, I thought of a way: will the oil burn faster? With the mentality of trying it out, I refueled inside. At this time, a drop of oil fell into the middle of the coal, smoking, and caught fire. Not good, food has been ravaged! I am anxious like an ant on a hot pot! I don’t know what to do if I’m scared, oh! The sausages, kebabs and other foods on the grill were smashed. Looking at a black kebab, I regret it! Forget it, bake it again!

This time, I put the skewers and gently fanned the carbon. I had a little experience. After a while, I was almost ready to cook. I brought the oil and brushed it with a brush. This time, it’s good, and the fragrant spray is coming. I brushed the oil and turned these things over and over. I still read in my mouth: "Sell the kebabs! Lamb skewers! Xinjiang lamb skewers!"

I ate my own baked food with relish, and my heart was a hundred times sweeter than eating honey!

Thanks to the school for giving us this event, let us feel how happy it is to eat in the wilderness of the release. The barbecue is so good.
