Given that Party A owns;

In view of Party B's understanding of Party A's technology, it is willing to implement Party A's technology and know-how, and has the material conditions, legal person qualifications and necessary funds to implement the technology. The two parties have been fully negotiated, with equal voluntariness, mutual benefit and compensation. XVI. In the absence of any matter to this Agreement, the parties may enter into additional agreements or change the contents of this Agreement after further negotiation. The Supplemental Agreement or the content of the changes shall have the same legal effect as this Agreement.
