Construction engineering technical consulting contract

Article 5 Party A’s liability for breach of contract

1. If Party A fails to deliver relevant files, drawings and materials to Party B at the time specified in this contract, Party B may post the time for delivery of the design task book and the calculation form according to the delay.

2. If Party A fails to deliver the consulting fee to Party B at the time specified in this contract, it shall be delayed by one day and fined _________ based on the amount of delay in payment.

3. If Party A interrupts the consultation request midway, Party B has already consulted more than half of the work, and all the consulting fees payable to Party B; the consulting work has not been more than half, and the fee is _________% of the total consulting fee.

Article 6 Party B's liability for breach of contract
