International technical service contract

On the basis of equality and mutual benefit, both parties have reached the following technical service contract by consensus.
The first technical staff
1. At the invitation of Party A, Party B agrees to dispatch the ________ technical service team composed of ________ engineers to go to ________ (the name of Party A) on ____________________ City (or a construction site);
2. In ________ (name of Party A), Party B's ________ technical service personnel invited by Party A shall be prepared and willing to work together with ________ Company of ________ Party A.
Article 2 The law restricts Party B's personnel from complying with the laws of Party A during the period of ________ (the name of Party A) and is bound by Party A's management rules and regulations.
Article 3 Payment of fees
1. (1) Party A shall be responsible for paying Party B personnel a tax-free technical service fee of ________ (currency) per person per month.
(2) ________% of the above-mentioned tax-free technical service fee shall be paid in US dollars (or British pounds).
(3) The technical service fee referred to in item (1) of this paragraph shall be counted from the date when Party B's personnel arrive at ________ (the name of Party A).
2. (1) During the service of Party A, Party B's personnel shall ensure that the behavior is correct during the entire period of work or amateur.
(2) Party A shall not be liable for the criminal acts of Party B personnel during the service of Party A.
Article 4 Travel Party A shall bear the international travel expenses of Party B's personnel to and from ________ and ________ (the name of Party A) and the excess baggage fee of no more than 20 kg per person and shall be responsible for arranging the air tickets.
Article 5 Exchange
1. The ________% of the technical service fee referred to in Article 3, paragraph 1 (1) shall be paid to the Technical Service Group of Party B in ________ by the ________ currency (ie the national currency of Party A). ________% shall be converted into US dollars (or British pounds) by Party A at the exchange rate announced by the bank on the day.
2. The converted US dollar (or British pound) should be transferred by wire transfer ________ bank transfer ________ (the city where Party B is located) ________ Bank Business Department ________ Company (ie Party B) ________ account.
3. Party A shall notify Party B of the State Party's embassy in Party B in writing of the remittance.
Article 6 Rights and Obligations During the execution of the contract between Party A and Party B, Party A agrees:
1. Provide fully equipped accommodation for the Party B technical service team free of charge;
2. Provide free transportation for Party B technical service personnel;
3. Provide Party B with necessary and sufficient labor insurance supplies free of charge;
4. Provide life insurance for Party B technicians free of charge;
5. Provide sufficient office facilities and supplies to Party B technical service personnel free of charge;
6. Provide free medical care to technical service team personnel at designated hospitals or clinics, but does not include dental implants, glasses, and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases.
7. If the personnel of Party B's technical service team travels on business, they shall, according to the treatment of Party A's personnel, issue a differential subsidy and pay it to Party B's technical service group in ________ coins (Party A).
Article 7 During the vacation contract, Party B's technical personnel shall enjoy all public holidays of ________ and ________.
1. Party B personnel enjoy 30 days of vacation each year, and the salary is issued (11 months from the date of starting work, the 12th month is vacation). Wages should be paid in US dollars (or British pounds) during the vacation period.
2. Party B's technical personnel shall receive a bonus of ________ yuan (RMB) per year, and ________% of the bonus shall be paid in US dollars (or British pounds).
3. During the service of Party A, Party A shall provide a round-trip economy class ticket for Party B's technical personnel to return to China for vacation.
Article 8 Resettlement Cost Party A agrees to handle the immigration procedures for Party B personnel, including:
1. Apply for entry and exit visas;
2. Handling the long-term residence permit for the period of employment for the personnel of Party B;
3. To bear the expenses incurred in paragraphs 1 and 2 of this Article.
Article 9 During the contract period, Party B's technical personnel may request an emergency leave for 10 days due to family misfortune and/or other reasons.
1. When Party B is granted leave, Party A is not responsible for:
(1) Travel expenses of Party B's leave;
(2) the technical service fee stipulated in this contract;
(3) The expenses required for the substitution of Party B’s personnel after the holiday has expired and cannot be returned to ________ (name of Party A).
2. Party B shall be responsible for:
(1) Substituting another person from the country to replace the technical personnel who cannot return to Party A's services;
(2) bear all the expenses required for the substitution;
(3) The expenses required for the substitution of Party B’s personnel after the holiday has expired and cannot be returned to ________ (name of Party A).
3. (1) During the contract period, due to the reasons of Party A or the country where the Party B is unable to work, Party A agrees to pay the technical service fee agreed by both parties to Party B's technical personnel;
(2) When Party A terminates the contract, Party A violates the contract or obstructs the performance of the contract, Party A agrees:
a. Pay the technical service fee of 3 months to Party B personnel according to the contracted fee;
b. Implement the provisions of Article 4 of this contract.
Article 10 Work injury, accident and personnel replacement
1. If Party B's technicians are unable to heal within 2 months due to poor health or work-related injuries, Party B agrees:
(1) Sending another person from China to replace the above-mentioned personnel;
(2) To undertake the travel expenses of the replacement personnel from ________ (name of Party B) to ________ (name of Party A).
(3) Party A agrees to bear the travel expenses of Party B personnel who return to China due to illness or work injury.
2. During the contract period, the technical service team personnel are disabled or killed due to work-related injuries. Party A agrees:
(1) all aftermath to deal with accidents, work-related injuries or deaths;
(2) the expenses incurred by the burden;
(3) Pay the pension and/or compensation to the disabled person according to the current Worker Compensation Law of ________ (name of Party A).
Article 11 Other matters that have not been completed in this contract shall be settled by friendly negotiation between the two parties.
If the two parties have different opinions on the interpretation of this contract, differences or disputes, or other matters arising from or in connection with this contract, shall be submitted to the ________ arbitration authority in accordance with the current laws of ________ (name of Party A).
Article 12 Duration The execution of this contract shall begin on the date of ________________ and the validity period shall be ____ years, which is the first phase.
After the expiration of the ____ year contract, the parties shall further agree on the terms of the continuation of the contract and the conditions related thereto.
Article 13 This contract consists of two copies, each written in medium and ________ texts, and each party holds one copy. Both texts are equally authentic and binding on both parties.
