My summer vacation of this year had not only been pleasant but also meaningful. I have a chance to review my past study and get ready for my future career.

During my vacation, I made good use of my time and completed many interesting and valuable activities. One of my most unforgettable experiences was when I helped my family to cook a meal. I started from peeling the potatoes, cutting them into pieces, to washing the vegetables and fruits, cutting them into specific shapes. Besides, I also assisted my father in repairing our old TV set, which required some technical knowledge and tools. Although I encountered some difficulties and had to seek help from others at some point, I felt very proud of myself when I successfully finished it.

Moreover, I also kept a diary every day, recording my feelings and impressions. I believe this will be an important record of my growth and development in the future. In addition, I did some sports every day, including running, swimming and basketball. It was not only a way to keep fit but also a good way to relax myself after a tiring day.

Besides my family and friends, I also had the opportunity to visit some local attractions and experience different cultures. It broadened my horizons and helped me better understand our country and the world.

Overall, my summer vacation was not only enjoyable but also filled with valuable experiences that will help me grow as a person. I believe that through continuous efforts and self-discovery, I will become a better version of myself.
