During the heating period, the water cost, electricity cost, heat cost and salt cost of each heat exchange station are used as the cost of production expenditure, and the amount of heat collected is taken as the cost of production income. On the basis of the assessment task, the income increase will be awarded to the commission.

Quantitative indicators: divided into production and operation cost indicators and user complaint rate assessment indicators.

The production and operation cost indicators require that the production and operation costs of each place should be balanced; the user complaint rate indicator requires that no more than one household per 10,000 square meters of complaints.

Production and operation cost indicators: water, electricity, and salt prices are calculated at market prices. The first heat supply management office is 28 yuan/gj, and the second heat management office is 27 yuan/gj.

Responsible for the measurement, maintenance and supervision of heat meters, water meters and electricity meters of exchange stations;

Responsible for supervising and managing the heat consumption of the primary network of each station;

Have audit responsibility for unit operation, heating temperature, water quality, operation, charging and user management at each station;

Responsible for the weekly and monthly summary of the completion of various indicators, and the evaluation of each place and station;

Obey the company arrangement and perform the company's various management systems;

Responsible for the safety of the person and equipment within the scope of the Department;

1. During the heating period, the maintenance fund, the maintenance tool renewal fee, and the small maintenance materials cost of each heating management office shall be implemented with a maintenance fund contracting system;

2. 1. Charges The two heating management offices are responsible for the collection of heat charges for all areas of their thermal exchange stations. The toll collectors at each place are responsible for reporting the daily fees and charges to the company's assessment office on a daily basis;

Bonus

1. After the end of the heating period, through the cost accounting, on the basis of completing the production and operation cost indicators of the station, the income-increasing part will give 20% of the commission reward for the station as the benefit salary, and verify and issue according to the post factor of each person. ;

2. If a heating management office does not complete the production and operation cost index, if the average loss per square meter is less than 0.5 yuan, the salary of all personnel in the heating management office will drop by 10%; if the average loss per square meter is 0.5-1 yuan The salary of all personnel in the heating management office is reduced by 20%; if the average loss per square meter exceeds 1 yuan, all personnel of the heating management office are laid off.

3. Each heating management office shall exceed 10% of the profitable salary of the department per 10,000 square meters.

6. Each station will change the water, electricity and heat metering facilities in the station and will impose a fine of 5,000 yuan on its director. If the circumstances are serious and cause bad consequences, they are required to study or expel public office;

7. The toll collector must pay the hot fee in time every week. For each late payment, one person is fined 50 yuan. If the circumstances are serious and cause bad consequences, they are required to study or expel public office;

8. If the water quality is unqualified once in the investigation, the director will be fined 200 yuan for the director and 50 yuan for the rewards office;

9. The company will conduct labor discipline and health inspections at various places and stations from time to time.
