eleven. Common clause
1. Party B shall submit an official report on the implementation of the contract to Party A and Party C within ________ days before the expiration of one year. Within ______ days after the completion of the scientific research task, Party B must submit a general report on the implementation of the contract to Party A according to the contents of the contract, and submit complete scientific and technical information to Party A, and copy the report to Party C.
2. After Party A has reviewed Party B's completion of the previous year (or the previous stage) of scientific research tasks, it shall allocate the research funds for the next year (or the next stage) according to the time and quantity stipulated in the contract, and issue the required three-material indicators in proportion. .
3. If the relevant departments fund the research funding of Party B, the income distribution method shall be signed by the funder and Party B.
4. After the completion of the scientific research project and the signing of the project, Party B shall reimburse the funds allocated by Party A as follows:

5. In the execution of the contract, Party A shall not recover or fail to perform the contract due to the change of the national plan, and the funds allocated shall not be recovered, and shall bear the expenses paid by Party B for the aftermath. If Party A delays the disbursement of research funding without reason, and delays one day, it must be ________% of the funds owed. 6. If there are any unfinished matters in this contract, or if a clause needs to be amended, it shall be supplemented or modified by Party A, Party B and Party C. No party may modify the contract without authorization. In the event of a dispute arising from the execution of this contract, it shall be settled by the superior leadership department of the contractual parties through negotiation, and if the negotiation fails, it shall be submitted to the contract management authority for arbitration or court ruling.
7. All parties to the contract shall be responsible for the confidentiality of all materials of the university research project. Without the approval of the relevant departments, the materials, scientific research results and other relevant materials of the scientific research projects shall not be cited.
