If I am a mayor of a city, I will first name the city a "happy city." First of all, I want to start from the protection of the environment. I want to take my secretary to test the water resources. Is it necessary to pollute each river and how it is polluted? Why is it polluted? Be sure to write down the truth. When the last river was tested by me, I would hand over these things to the scientists who studied the water, and let the scientists study how to purify the pollutants in the water. Although the pollutants in the water have been solved, the air is also polluted because there are too many toxic gases emitted by the industry. I want scientists to purify the air according to the principle of purifying water, so that we can exist in a beautiful environment.

I want to build a wide road. I want to build a tall building. I want all the puppies to drink clean tap water. I want all the poor to live in free. I have to raise the public’s legal awareness. First, I want to let the school switch to a course of legal knowledge. Let children know the law from an early age; know how to abide by the law and not violate the law; not only children must understand the law, but adults must also learn the law and understand the law. It is very difficult to read extracurricular books in rural areas, and farmers can't learn agricultural knowledge from books. Therefore, I have to set up a library in each village. In this library, children's books, agricultural books, magazines, and Awards for legal knowledge and other books. We can't put our vision on the book, so I have to put ten computers in the library.
