"China's Five Thousand Years"

I opened the book as if facing the surging sea, and the tide of history was coming. The culture of the nation is condensed here; the spirit of the nation is manifested here.

I cover my thoughts, if I realize it. From Confucius to Sun Yat-sen, how many heroes have helped justice. "The road is long and the road is long, and I will go up and down." Qu Yuan, "There is a time when the wind and the waves break the waves, and the clouds are flying straight to the sea." Li Bai, "The worries of the world, the happiness of the world." Fan Zhongyan, "Who has never died since ancient times, and keeps the heart of the heart," Wen Tianxiang... They worked hard for the national interests, and they dedicated themselves to the national dignity. They are the heroes of the nation, they are fighting for the survival of the nation!

It is those unnamed civilians who have risen up in Daze Township to introduce water and smoke in Humen Bay. They are simple people who smelt their blood into terracotta warriors and horses and cast the Great Wall with sweat. Yes, the people’s will creates heroes and is the power of the people. The wheel that propelled history is rolling forward.

When I turned to the last of the book, "The Cannon of Wuchang Uprising," the sound of the Wuchang Uprising declared the demise of the feudal dynasty and promoted the progress of Chinese society.

"Up and Down Five Thousand Years" was written in the temporary passage of the Revolution of 1911, but history has opened up even more magnificent years. For a century, Sun Yat-sen, Mao Zedong, and Deng Xiaoping, three great men, led the Chinese people to paint a magnificent historical picture; three monuments show that the ancient China has been reborn and transformed into a new look.

This is the mission that history has given us. After reading "Up and Down Five Thousand Years", we have a deeper experience of our responsibility.
