I often learn from old party members, exchange ideas, report their ideological status to party organizations on time, solve their own ideological problems in a timely manner, and express their urgent desire to join the party. Through the above efforts, I have further understanding of the party and the ideological and political quality has been improved. Through this series of studies, I have improved my political and ideological level, strengthened my belief in communism, and understood that theoretical maturity is the foundation of political maturity, and political sobriety comes from a solid theoretical cornerstone. In terms of learning; I strictly demand myself, do listening carefully, ask questions, and learn actively. With a strong pursuit of personal goals and knowledge, while studying my own professional skills, I strive to learn related knowledge of law, human resources management, etc., to achieve comprehensive learning and comprehensive development.
