Digging sweet potatoes

On Sunday, the weather is fine and the sun is shining. My grandmother and I went to the fields to dig sweet potatoes. We came to the fields and found that the sweet potatoes were all over the ground. Grandma first cut the sweet potatoes and then threw them aside to start digging the sweet potatoes. The first time Grandma accidentally smashed the sweet potato. The second grandmother carefully digging the soil next to the sweet potato, then rubbing it under the sweet potato with a hoe, and then gently pulling it out, a bunch of purple-red sweet potatoes were dug up. look! The biggest one in the middle, surrounded by a few smaller ones, this bunch of sweet potatoes is really fun!

In a short while, we dug a lot of sweet potatoes. Some of them are like small balls, some look rough like stones, and some are like red apples. These sweet potatoes are really cute. One of them grew up in the crack of the stone. I saw it and was shocked. I thought: The sweet potato should grow in the soil. How can it grow in the crack? Mother said: "It is a very stubborn sweet potato." I quickly asked my grandmother to dig this sweet potato out. I picked it up and looked at the west to see if there was a crack in the middle of the sweet potato. It was really different!

At nine o'clock, we dug all the sweet potatoes. I carried the hoes. My grandmother picked up two baskets of sweet potatoes. We returned with full load. Today is a fun day, I am very happy!
