Then pour a bowl of noodles into the basin, sprinkle with water, stir with chopsticks, then knead the dough, then roll back and forth on the panel, evenly spread, thinned and folded in half, cut into noodles.

When cooking, first pour the right amount of oil into the pot, then put the onion, pepper, aniseed, and then put the potatoes, etc., and then add the appropriate amount of soy sauce, stir a few times, and finally add the right amount of water. After the dish is cooked, put the noodles evenly on the dish. After simmering for 5 minutes, stir with chopsticks, turn off the fire, and wait until the surface is cooked.

When cooking, it was hot and hot, and the back hurts. It seems that cooking is not easy, but eating a meal is very easy. I eat my own fruits and feel that today's meal is the most delicious.
