General resignation report after the contract expires

Dear management:
Hello, my personal last contract expired in July 2019. Here, I made a difficult decision with a complicated mood and I am not ready to renew the next contract. I hope the company will allow me to leave within two to three weeks.

I came to the company after graduating from school in XX. During this period, I learned a lot and accumulated some experience. Here, I am grateful for all the help and progress I have received at the company!

In the blink of an eye, more than three years have passed. I have always liked the company's working conditions and working atmosphere, and also cherish the friendship between colleagues. But now, for some personal reasons, I have to make up my mind and prepare to leave the company with complex feelings. Maybe a new environment can make me go further in my work, or my current level of knowledge is not enough to reach a higher platform. I need to go to school again for further study.

In short, judging from the current work and the company's situation, the current resignation is currently a good opportunity for me and the company.
