“Building a conservation-oriented society” is a slogan that we cherish when we cherish and conserve resources. However, how can we really save resources? Why do you strongly recommend savings? Please listen to my heart below! Let me talk about water resources first. The total amount of water resources in China is about 2.8 trillion square meters, ranking sixth in the world. The per capita water consumption is more than 2,100 cubic meters, accounting for only one quarter of the world's per capita level. It is a water-deficient country and has more than 600 cities across the country. More than 400 of them are short of water. In particular, the lack of water in the western region is very serious. In some mountainous areas, it is very difficult to connect people and livestock.

China's water use is facing serious problems, so we must cherish water resources and save water. For example, after running out of water, tighten the faucet to avoid the waste of “one river clear water flowing eastward”. If the faucet is found to be broken, repair it in time to avoid losing a lot of water. Don’t underestimate the discarded battery because A button cell can contaminate 600 tons of water, and if you throw it into the water, the water will not be able to drink. We should collect the batteries and send them to the recycling bin so that we can avoid polluting the water source and recycling the battery. You can't just talk verbally, you have to act!

We must save water: Beijing is a capital city with a per capita water resource of only 300 cubic meters, which is only 1/8 of the country's per capita possession, 1/32 of the world's per capita possession, and an average annual sewage of 2.3 billion tons. Severe water shortage is a huge problem facing the city, and water conservation is imminent. The main reason for the lack of water in this city is the lack of water resources, insufficient capacity of urban water supply equipment, and serious water pollution. Nowadays, more and more citizens in the capital have become car owners, and car washing has become an indispensable part of life. However, car washing consumes a lot of water, especially on the roadside, and does not use recycling facilities to cause a large amount of water to be lost and waste.

It is the Mother Earth that brings us one beautiful spring after another. On April 22, when the 37th "Earth Day" came to us along the spring dance steps, we can't think about it: how should we treat Mother Earth, how should we cherish the spring of the Mother Earth that God gave us.

Being kind to the earth - cherishing resources and sustaining development is the main theme of this spring.

However, in China, regardless of land resources or mineral resources, the situation of its protection, utilization and sustainable use is not optimistic. We have to ask: Is the spring of the earth forever?
