My hometown is the hero city of Nanchang. This is a beautiful place with a long history. One of the most majestic buildings in Nanchang is the Monument to the People's Heroes on Bayi Square. People who come here will come here to have a look. Take a photo.
Bayi Square covers a large area and is divided into two parts, the north and the south, connected by a stone arch bridge in the middle. The Monument to the People's Heroes stands on the south side of Bayi Square. The Monument to the People's Heroes is very high and there are many stone steps around it. Looking from afar, the eight characters of the people's heroes with the inscriptions of Chairman Mao are immortal, shining in the sun. Walking close to the stone steps, you can see many stone statues of revolutionary predecessors around the monument, lifelike, everyone who sees will be awe-inspiring. Standing in front of the monument and looking north, it is a large leisure square. There are many children on the square who skate on it and fly a kite. There are many flower beds around the square, and old people often sit in the flower beds to rest and chat. There are large shopping plazas around Bayi Square.
