Shahe is a beautiful river and a moat for Chengdu people.

Whenever I accompanied my grandfather to stroll and play along the Shahe River, Grandpa always said to me: "Children are catching up with good times." Listening to the sand river that Grandpa told the past, it is a famous stinking ditch, Shaheli. The sewage flows across the river, the garbage floats on the river surface, and the black lacquered river water emits a disgusting smell. There are weeds on the riverside, only piles of rubbish and dilapidated low houses, and! Even the most basic security bar is not there!

The current Shahe is beautiful! The tall buildings on both sides of the river stand tall, the green willows hang, the green lawn, the lawn stands a delicate chic pavilion and flower beds, and the flower beds are planted with all kinds of flowers and trees. No matter what season, there are always blooming flowers. Children, red, white, yellow, pink, colorful, full of flowers, Shahe is a beautiful large garden; Shahe is a joyous playground, children like the three squares of Shahe Square Chasing play, rollerblading, sliding slides, flying kites, playing games... Shahe is the best place for the elderly to exercise, and you can see people doing exercises or swords in the morning and evening, especially in the summer evening. Shahe is even more lively. It is really high-spirited and has a dance of Latin dance. It is really lively. Shahe is also a casual business place. Uncles and aunts, while drinking casual afternoon tea and chatting happily, have achieved a lot of business dealings in this relaxed environment.
