Tour Yuanmingyuan

In the summer of 2019, my mother had to go to Beijing for a business trip, and I took it with me.

I don’t have much excitement on this road. I played a lot of famous sights in Beijing: Forbidden City, Bird’s Nest, Wanshou Temple, Prince Gong’s Mansion, Summer Palace, Yuanmingyuan, and even Tsinghua University, Peking University and Renmin University have gone around. Every day, it’s really another. Excited and tired. In so many attractions, Yuanmingyuan gave me a particularly deep impression.

The Yuanmingyuan was built in the 48th year of Emperor Kangxi of Qing Dynasty and was built on the site of a Ming Dynasty private garden given by Emperor Kangxi to Emperor Sizi. Yuanmingyuan has always been known as the 'Garden of Wanyuan', a beautiful garden!

We walked into the gate of Yuanmingyuan and bypassed the promenade, which is similar to the Summer Palace, and came to the beautiful Wing Chun Garden. There are a lot of scenes in the flowering scene: the lily is half-squinting with its own small eyes, as if it just woke up; the pomegranate's flower is like a fire...

Leaving the Hunchun Garden, we came to the Western House Ruins Park. What is in sight is a stone arch bridge with only a few stones left. There are a few red plums standing next to it, showing a bit of anger. Looking far away, a carved stone lion is now only half a body. It fell to the ground; the original beautiful fountain, now only one base is left; the carved stone ladder, now has five horses and corpses... The desolate park is already in ruins! I heard that here was a world-famous royal garden. It is not only magnificent in architecture, but also contains all kinds of rare treasures and historical relics.

Walking in the park, watching the ruins of these ruins, thinking about the blood and sweat of countless craftsmen, I was so ruined, my mood was heavy and angry, why did the British and French coalition forces invade us? The reason is that we are too backward. If we were stronger at the time, can they dare? Therefore, we must study hard from an early age. When we grow up, we use our hands to transform and create our powerful new China!
