When we drove through a beautiful mountain road, we found that there were many large open spaces on the roadside, and there was a large roll of something like a straw house. It consists of a number of strips of bamboo. I am inexplicably asking my mother: "Mom, what are those things used for?" Mom frowned. "It may be used for mats." Who knows just finished Dad retorted: "Have you ever seen such a thing as a mat?" With incomprehensible questions, we found a busy mountain person. His answer made me realize. It turned out that this kind of thing is used to make disposable chopsticks. Because the growth cycle of bamboo is faster than trees, bamboo can grow 4 cm in one hour at the earliest, usually one meter in a day; the speed of the tree is much smaller. Bamboo as a raw material for disposable chopsticks can reduce the carbon emissions of disposable chopsticks, save the trees that were originally cut, and achieve environmental protection.

At first, I couldn't help but question how much wood can be saved. I can go home and check it out: If there is no such change, one year, the tree on a hill will be gone.

I was shocked and understood that environmental protection is not a personal war, but the responsibility of everyone. Sometimes, a small move of yours can change a lot, and green is in my heart.
