My hometown is a beautiful and peaceful small city, which is nestled at the foot of mountains and situated beside beautiful rivers and lakes. It has a pleasant climate all year round. There are many beautiful sceneries and rich culture here, attracting countless visitors.

The people of my hometown are warm-hearted, sincere, and kind. They create a good life with their hard work and wisdom, while also inheriting a long history and culture. I have spent many happy moments here, and learned many valuable life experiences.

However, with the acceleration of urbanization, the environment of my hometown has also been polluted and damaged. Old industrial parks and farmland are being occupied, vegetation is decreasing, and the quality of water and air is declining.
