A few days ago, when I was in the car to go to school, I passed a river. The river was very dirty. There was a lot of debris in the water. I don’t know if it was because of the rain in these days, but I always I don’t think I have seen this river before. I don’t know what to say, but I just feel that my heart seems to be pressing something, it’s very sad, it’s like a gas. I am thinking, is it that our responsibility is heavier?

There is also a river in my hometown. The memory of the river is filled with my head. In memory, my friends and I are playing in the creek, catching fish, and touching the shrimps... all the way; in the hot summer, we can also take a cool shower in the river, it is very happy. Sometimes when I stop drinking at home, I will accompany my mother to the river to wash clothes. She washes clothes and I play with water. At this time, my mother always says, "How can I have a daughter who is so naughty?" Just spit up my tongue. However, later, the family would not let me go, saying, there are any fish in it, shrimp, it is dead! They also said that the water there can be used for bathing, and it will rash when it is washed, it will itch! They also said that the water there can't even be washed, so I lost the opportunity to play with water. However, now I am growing up, I don't always want to play, I just wonder why my family would say that, so one day, I went to the river to look at it. To be honest, I was scared. The cute appearance of the original Xiao River no longer exists. The water has become very dirty and dirty. There are large patches of duckweed floating on the water. Both sides of the river are full of people. The garbage... I was stunned, my feet were like a lead, and I didn’t start, but my head unconsciously thought about what the giant panda said to the gentleman who wanted to smoke. "Do you mind if we are extinct? In fact, there are still many environmental problems, such as the greenhouse effect caused by excessive carbon dioxide emissions, the destruction of the ozone layer caused by the excessive use of Freon, the waste of disposable items, the erosion of acid rain, etc. These tragic occurrences are shocking. And I also learned that environmental problems are caused by people's unreasonable development and utilization of natural resources, so I think we can start from ourselves. People don't always say "true test our contribution to the environment." Is it not words, but actions?" Therefore, we can start from our own side and do our best for ourselves, the country, the world, and the environment!

In fact, there are too many things we need to do to protect the environment. It is only when we face this big problem that we feel helpless and do not know where to start. But as our middle school students, because of their limited ability, we can only do our best to do something we can do, for example, use less disposable items, classify garbage, and so on.
