An unforgettable thing

An unforgettable thing

Wang Jiaxing, Dongcheng Experimental State, Guangyuan City

The "5.12" earthquake has caused many children to lose their precious lives, and how many students have lost their loved ones, especially the Qingchuan disaster area that is close to us. Looking at the tragic picture on TV every day, my heart is very uncomfortable! How do you want to do your part for the students in the disaster area!

Finally, I came to a good opportunity. The Lizhou District Women's Federation came to our school to find an actor. She said that she arranged a program to express her condolences to the high school students in the Qingchuan disaster area borrowed from the Guangyuan Foreign Language School. I think those big brothers and sisters have our strong spiritual encouragement and will become stronger. I immediately signed up and put in the intense rehearsal of the program. At that time, the weather was very hot, and the aftershocks continued, the safety was very worrying, but for the big brothers and sisters in the disaster area to see our program as soon as possible, knowing that we are all cheering for them, my friends and I have a hot day. After a difficult rehearsal, no one was bitter and tired, and no one was a deserter.

On the day of the performance, the partners were very excited. We wore the costumes and came to the foreign language school early. Under the meticulous organization of the teacher, the first program began - the children's chorus "Let the world be full of love", we sang passionately, we want to use the song to tell the big brother big sister: Although you lost your loved one, lost your home, but With all of us, we can hold hands and shoulder to shoulder, and the big difficulties can come forward. Our singing won thunderous applause from the audience. The next program is poetry reading "Children, catching the mother's hand", Teacher Guo plays the mother, I play the child. When the sad music sounded, my poems in my heart sprang up, and the teacher and I worked together seamlessly. We were all immersed in the disaster, the mother and the child were born and died. . . . . . I don't know when, the audience is crying, and the brothers and sisters in the disaster area have experienced the taste of life and death. How can this situation not make them cry? I touched my face, where it has flowed into two rivers.

Later, we also performed the sign language dance "Grateful Heart", and sang "Tomorrow will be better" and many other programs. I want to say aloud to the big brother big sister in the disaster area: "Don’t be afraid, we have the support of our people throughout the country. It will be through the storm, and the sun is always after the storm."

Although this matter has been going on for a long time, it is hard to erase in my mind.
