On January 30, 2019, with the approval of the Party Branch, I became a glorious probationary member of the Communist Party of China. The current preparatory period has been one year. Since being approved as a probationary party member, under the strict requirements of party organizations and the selfless help of party members, the political and ideological aspects have been greatly improved through their own active efforts. First of all, I took the initiative to strengthen political study, use my spare time to study party history and party constitutions carefully, understand the history of our party's glorious struggle, and thus cherish the present life, strengthen the correct political direction; and often watch TV news, read newspapers, and read current affairs. The journals and the decisions and resolutions promulgated by the Party Central Committee in a timely manner are highly consistent in their thinking and party organizations. Secondly, in my usual life, as a squad leader, I pay attention to starting from a little bit of little things. From now on, I don’t want to be small, not to be evil, and always remember what is wrong. In order to make a difference, we strive to cultivate our good habits and moral cultivation. In life, I am willing to help, care for and unite my classmates. I also pay attention to constantly promoting the party's thoughts, theories, and guidelines, adhering to correct principles and positions, and resolutely fighting against some negative thoughts and bad tendencies. I also often encourage students who are motivated to actively move closer to the party organization, and demonstrate the role of a party member in their daily lives. In addition to doing my own job, I also actively participate in and cooperate with the requirements and activities in the college.
Once again, in terms of work, with the knowledge given by my alma mater and the hope given to me by the leadership teacher, I participated in an off-campus internship in March 2019, and the work place was xx business newspaper. In my work, I respect leadership, unite my colleagues, and handle the relationship with my superiors, peers, and subordinates. Respect the superiors, sincerely accept the criticism of the higher authorities, find out their own reasons, and strive to overcome the difficulties encountered in the work. During the preparatory period of this year, my ideological and political level has greatly improved. However, I still have a certain distance from the standards and requirements of an outstanding Communist Party member. There are still some shortcomings to overcome.
