On January 26, 2019, with the approval of the Party Branch, I became a glorious probationary member of the Communist Party of China. The current preparatory period has been one year. First of all, I took the initiative to strengthen political study. In addition to watching TV news, reading newspapers, and surfing the Internet on current affairs, I also used my spare time to seriously study party history and party constitutions, understand the history of our party’s glorious struggle, and thus cherish the present life. The correct political direction; clarify the rights and duties of party members, and strictly demand oneself from the standards of a party member. At the same time, by studying the speech of General Secretary Hu and the decisions and resolutions promulgated by the Party Central Committee, they are highly consistent in their thinking and party organizations. General Secretary Hu emphasized that party members should take the lead in promoting their own ideological and political quality, professional quality, professional ethics, and promote the new style and arrogance.

Secondly, in terms of work, in addition to working hard to learn professional knowledge, I also learn from my colleagues in work practice. I also conscientiously obey the leadership arrangements, conscientiously abide by the company's rules and regulations and requirements, pay attention to the image of our party members, and develop a good Party member style. Under the impact of the wave of knowledge economy, I deeply feel the urgency of time and the need to acquire more knowledge. The most important thing for a person is to be good at discovering their own shortcomings. Only by constantly correcting their own shortcomings will they make progress. In the past year, I have achieved certain results with the help and support of party organizations, leaders, and colleagues, but I know that I still have some shortcomings and shortcomings, mainly in the following aspects:
