At this time, I was very excited, because I had already taken off the "prepared" hat on my head and gloriously became a true Communist.

One year may be quick and short for the comrades present here, but it is slow and long for me, because I must seriously study the theoretical knowledge of the party, improve my own ideological understanding, and at the same time accept the organization and Comrades test me.

I remember that during this summer's summer training, a classmate asked me: "Are you a Communist Party member?" In the face of this simple question, I hesitated and could not answer. If it is not, I have solemnly sworn to the organization in the face of the solemn national emblem. If it is, if it does not withstand the test or the test is unqualified, then what should I do? Now when someone asks, I will be proud and proud to say: "Yes!"

"In-depth study and practice of the scientific development concept" is the first lesson for me to enter the party's door. During the event, I and all the party members, together with the secretary of the school branch, learned the papers while taking notes. At the same time, I also took this opportunity to integrate myself into the big family of the branch. In this warm family, I am a new member and know the lack of knowledge about her party theory, so I cherish this opportunity. During that time, I was hungry and thirsty, studying and studying day and night, taking notes of a thick book, and the two books had already turned dilapidated. Hard work pays off, nowadays, I can also talk to the old party members about the "scientific development concept". For example, the first priority of the scientific development concept is development. The core is people-oriented. The basic requirement is comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable. The fundamental method is to take all factors into account.

Of course, theoretical knowledge can only be used effectively in combination with practice. For the small and medium-sized teachers, the scientific concept of development requires us to be dedicated and dedicated. Dedication is not only a spirit, but also a belief. The object of education is students. The most essential connotation of teachers' dedication is to be able to keep students in mind and to treat students' affairs as their obligations. Therefore, when I encounter backwardness or failure in teaching, I never comfort myself with the incompetent words of "I have tried my best", but ask myself: "I am doing my best?" Because one's strength is limited, and love and The career is endless.
