At the beginning, I went to the construction site to understand the construction drawings. I slowly walked and looked at it. I still couldn’t see any problems. The line is the foundation of the building and is necessary for our beginners. I also practiced the observation of the instrument on the construction site, which enabled me to adapt to operating the instrument under different conditions.
I am mainly responsible for the laying and marking of this site. Sometimes I help others to do earth measurement and measure the height. It is a skill that allows us to adapt to the field operation under more severe conditions. It is better to adapt to the worst environment. Let us learn more and be more solid. As a basic skill of the profession, civil engineering measurement is a skill that we must master in civil engineering students. At the end of the freshman year of study, under the organization of the college, we conducted a 10-day civil surveying engineering survey internship on campus.
“How is this internship more difficult than military training?” After a few days, we got used to getting up at 5 in the morning, and when we were measuring the life of measuring instruments, we no longer heard the previous complaints. After a short supplementary sleep in the afternoon, when other professional students were taking classes in the afternoon and preparing to enjoy a sumptuous dinner, we took the instrument again and measured again before the sun went down. In the evening of summer, whenever the sun goes down, when the sky is dark, it is already more than 7 o'clock in the evening. Putting back the instrument, it is no longer possible to have food in the school cafeteria. When I walk out of the school gate and come to the store, I look up and see it. It is a scene of class gathering. Everyone is gorging in the store. Originally thought that the evening can relax and rest, but this is not the case. We still need to summarize the whole day's work, and work out the next day's work plan to improve the efficiency of the team and ensure the completion of the progress. .
Practice can always find many problems, and it also exists in this measurement internship. First of all, I think that the biggest problem is that we use the instrument on the textbook. The knowledge about the instrument used in the textbook is relatively abstract. When it comes to real practice, we can't put the book knowledge into practice very well. The teacher gave instructions again. Second, we perform measurements efficiently while in the field. When we measured on the first day, the angle closure difference was actually more than three times the allowable value difference. The emergence of this problem shows that our ability still needs to be improved. We ignore the requirements of the alignment, do not try to focus on the midpoint, and seek convenience to directly focus on the Chinese flower rod, and we do not pay attention to the impact of weather on the measurement. The discovery of these problems also shows that our experience is still lacking. At the end of the drawing, we were very unfamiliar with the drawing of strange topographic maps, and did not apply some of the techniques in civil engineering drawings to the drawing of topographic maps. This also requires teachers to give us more guidance in the future teaching and promote our level of improvement.

The entrance road of Sanmingsha County is constructed according to the standard of new secondary roads. The design speed is 60 kilometers per hour, the total length of the road is 3.3 kilometers, the roadbed is 10 meters wide, the road width is 9 meters, and the water supply pipeline corridor is reserved. During the construction of the airport, the road was used as a construction machinery to enter and exit the road; after the airport was completed, the road served as a permanent road leading to the airport in Shaxian County. Provincial Highway Dongshi Line Qingliu Ninghuajie to Ninghua Dongfeng Forest Farm and Provincial Highway 205 line Ninghua Jianning junction to Ninghua Dongfeng Forest for a total of 60 kilometers, the whole line is built according to the standard of secondary roads, design speed 60 km / h The roadbed has a width of 10 meters and adopts a full-width cement concrete pavement structure.

The total station is composed of a full-station electronic theodolite and a microprocessor. It can automatically record, calculate and display related data such as horizontal distance, elevation difference, elevation and coordinates by measuring the vertical and horizontal angles of the slant range. The measurement of the total station is first and foremost a very precise job. Through the study of measurement in the classroom during school, I have formed a basic, theoretical measurement profile in my mind, and the purpose of the internship is To link these theories to actual engineering, this is one of the purposes of this internship. This section of the road is basically in the mountains, I have measured more than one kilometer of mileage when I came. We are divided into two groups of middle piles and transverse sections, and I am in the middle pile group. Since our work is in the mountains, we have to take the instrument into the mountains. I remember that it took nearly two hours to reach the working place from the mountain road that climbed for 30 minutes on the first day, and the lunch had to be settled in the mountains. This point makes me understand how difficult it is to build a road. It is totally uncomfortable to stay in the classroom. There is no danger in the mountains. There are dense forests here that can make you lose your way. There are many insects here, you will bite you and even cause allergies. There are quite a few valleys here, you may get lost. Go down. In the face of dangerous field work, I feel the importance of obeying the rules and regulations of the unit.
Measuring in the mountains requires more manpower than the plains. Because in the mountains, there is a need to smash instruments and water, but also to take a path in the mountains. The equipment to be equipped is: a total station, a tripod, two station handles with a hoe, a pole with a hoe, a test kit with data, and a hatchet. . The approximate process of the measurement is as follows: the pre-measuring instrument re-measures the rear view and then stakes out. If the next point is not detected, the turning point is required. The method of setting up the instrument: first set the tripod on the turning point, use the foot to put a corner frame on the foot, and install the total station on the tripod. When the center is right, the tripod is fully stepped on, and then leveled until Both the tube level and the circular level bubble are centered, and then the height of the measuring instrument is used, and then the coordinate of the instrument point and the height of the instrument are input, and the rear view can be measured after setting. Since the rear view is a lot of rear view in the mountainous area, it is necessary to use the station to improve the accuracy. Stand the tip of the middle pole on the nail head of the turning point, press and hold the telescopic button to fix the other two feet, release the button to lock the tripod, then press the telescopic button to adjust the height until the bubble is centered. Finally, Set the height and align the hoe to the total station. The running handle is the hardest work, and the runner needs to have a good sense of direction and distance. In the middle of the mountain, the runners often do not see the first few piles in the middle, so it is difficult to distinguish the direction. Usually 20 meters to play a pile, each element pile must be played. The runners first look at the route, take 20M, and point the hoe to the instrument to predict the position and distance. According to the measured value, it is determined how many meters to the left and right after the direction of the instrument. After the accurate value is measured, the runner will report the report to the recorder. The recorder needs to record the mileage of the mileage station and the coordinate elevation of the corresponding station. Need to prepare tools at any point, there are hammers, nails, plastic bags, wooden stakes, markers. The basic principle of the turning point is to stand at the turning point to see the instrument and see the route to be played next. The stake should be hit about 4 cm from the ground and it is not easy to be stepped on. Put a square plastic bag on the stake and punch in the nail. Finally, write a turn point on the square plastic bag, and then attach a red plastic bag to the top. In the mountains, the forest is too dense, which causes the total station to be inaccessible between the front and rear view and the running handle. This requires the worker to cut off the branches and trees that block the line of sight until the value can be measured. Writing the pile number and piling is relatively simple, and it is necessary to pay attention to the fact that the station number is written clearly and accurately. The way midline measurements work is basically the same.
Through a period of measurement work, I am familiar with the use of the total station, skilled in the use of the total station, mastered the instrument inspection and calibration methods. Secondly, in the process of checking and correcting the data, the sources of various measurement errors are understood. There are three main aspects: instrument error, observation error, and external influence error. Know how to avoid measurement data errors and minimize the measurement error. It is necessary to select a measuring instrument with high precision. Improve your measurement level. Multiple measurements were taken to average.
The difficult field work made me understand that in the field measurement work, you not only need to have a good measurement knowledge and skills, but also need a good body to cope with this hard work, but more need a spirit that is not afraid of persistence.
Third, the investigation of the old line
There are many contents in the geological survey, and the contents of the soil along the culvert and the shape of the rock mass are investigated. Walking on the old route, I saw a lot of things that I didn't pay attention to. The first thing that caught my eye was the road surface of the old line. Although the road surface was paved with asphalt, it was already devastated. It may be because the performance of the previous asphalt material is relatively poor. There are cracks on the road surface, which are horizontal, vertical and mesh. There are also ruts, strange pits, and on a short road I found that asphalt will stick to my sole. For me personally, of course, I like the current asphalt pavement. After all, it has good performance, such as: sufficient mechanical strength, certain elasticity and plastic deformation ability, no dust, and the car is more stable and low noise. Asphalt pavement is often used for highways and urban roads. The value of concrete pavement used for secondary roads is more expensive. I think with the development of science and technology, the pavement materials must be getting better and better, and driving will be safer.
The old road is indeed inaccurate in the shape of the road, and some obvious corners, so I saw the design of the new linear curve more gradual. There is a section of the up and down slope, the view at the top of the slope is very narrow, and the design of the longitudinal slope should be redesigned. There are not many vehicles on the road, so this is the reason why only two lanes are repaired. I don’t know much about the slopes of the old roads, only I realize that a rock slope is 90°. It seems that going back to supplement this knowledge.
Chapter 4:
At the end of the freshman study life, under the organization of the college, a two-week civil engineering survey internship was conducted at the two campuses of Yanshan and Pingfeng.
Measuring internships is much harder than we think, but after a few days, we are used to living early and late. I even liked it slowly. The main time is the operation of the theodolite, centering and leveling. Data processing before stakeout is important and directly affects the accuracy of stakeout.
Practice can always find many problems, and this internship also exists. At the same time, the importance of theoretical connection practice is also realized. I think the biggest problem is in the use of the instrument. The method of introduction introduced in the textbook is more abstract, and the teacher should be guided again during the internship. The measured line-of-sight difference on the first day is out of tolerance, indicating that there is still room for improvement in capacity. At the same time, we did not pay much attention to the impact of weather on the measurement, indicating that our experience is lacking.
