Arbor Day Proposal

Dear students,

Spring back to the earth, Vientiane updated. Another year is the grass green. In this spring and vibrant spring, we celebrated the annual Arbor Day.

3.12 Arbor Day is a special day to create a green environment, look forward to green mountains and green mountains, and call for people to care for the environment - 3.12 Arbor Day.

In 1979, under the proposal of Deng Xiaoping, the sixth meeting of the Standing Committee of the Fifth National People's Congress decided that March 12 of each year would be China's 3.12 Arbor Day.

On December 13, 1981, the Fourth Session of the Fifth National People's Congress discussed and adopted the "Resolution on Launching a National Volunteer Tree Planting Campaign." This is the first major resolution made by the highest authority of the state since the founding of the People's Republic of China on the greening of the motherland. Since then, the voluntary tree planting campaign has been implemented nationwide as a law.

The grass grows long and the spring returns to the earth. On the occasion of the March 12th Arbor Day, people have turned to the hills of the fields to fulfill their citizens' obligation to plant trees. Many people use the form of planting memorial trees and creating memorial forests, inscribed on trees, and sentimental to Lin.
