Green is in my heart -- to be an environmental pioneer

If you are a caring person, you will feel that our green home is turning greyish little by little. If you pay attention to the news, you will often hear that a certain company secretly discharges waste water, the water is polluted, the land is polluted... Our earth resources are decreasing and the environment is being destroyed.

In order to protect our green home, we can start from the little things around us, not waste, and save energy. We use water every day to wash rice. In order to save water, we can wash the dishes with water that is good for rice. After washing the dishes, the water can also be used to water the flowers or flush the toilet. This way, you can save a lot of water in a month. Save water, we can save electricity. We can use energy-saving lamps and turn off the lights when it is not necessary. We can also use less air conditioners. When turning on the air conditioner, don't adjust it too much with the outdoor temperature. In addition, we want to live a low-carbon life, it is best to go on a walk or a bike, take the bus, take the MRT.

In our daily lives, we generate a lot of rubbish, and we can use it as waste. We can change old clothes into shopping bags and reduce the use of plastic bags. We can also use the empty chips of the potato chips to make the pen holder. My mother and I also used a broken socks and a waste disc to make a photo frame. It is both environmentally friendly and beautiful. It really kills two birds with one stone.

We also want to protect the environment from littering. I still remember the first time I went to see the World Expo. Although there were rubbish bins everywhere in the Expo Park, I still saw rubbish everywhere on the ground. People on the grass did not clean up and the Expo Garden became a “garbage park”. Later, after the relevant departments called for it, everyone began to slowly throw garbage. I am thinking, if everyone is littering, is it still human beings who dominate the earth? Wrong, it is rubbish!
