First, the service rules
1. Service range Desktop computer laser printer, needle printer, inkjet printer computer monitor network cable, switching equipment, other difficult problems

The customer's exemption service service reverberation time is 4 hours. The reverberation time is calculated from the company's receipt of the customer's maintenance notice, and the company's maintenance personnel begin to contact the customer.
Since the maintenance personnel began to contact the customer until the maintenance personnel of the company arrived at the service location, the time used was the arrival time and arrived within a minimum of 48 hours.
4, the terms of service on-site pick-up or on-site maintenance, the company's maintenance personnel will go to the service location to repair or take the machine back to repair.
The company will have full-time maintenance personnel to provide on-site routine inspection and maintenance once a month.
During the repair process, the faulty equipment is tested and repaired. The company will provide all necessary labor, parts and materials to ensure the normal operation of the customer's equipment. If it is necessary to replace the part, use a new or equivalent part. Customer's consent is required for repair costs that exceed ____% of the equipment's current valuation.
Temporary contingency measures may be provided for customers to use when seeking a permanent solution.
If the company decides that additional parts or materials are needed, the equipment will be retrieved from the company's maintenance department for re-repair.
The company will provide spare parts in the repair process according to the customer's maintenance equipment. If there is a shortage of spare parts, the customer will assist in the solution. The company does not assume the responsibility of providing spare parts.

Second, customer responsibility
1. The customer should use the computer normally according to the correct operation method.
2. If the customer's computer or computer network fails, the company needs to provide replacement parts. During the warranty period, the company will provide free warranty. Outside the warranty period, the company will charge the customer for the cost of replacing the parts.
3. In the installation and maintenance, the customer should provide convenience and cooperate with the maintenance personnel of the company to work normally.
4. For important archives stored in computers and external devices, customers should have backups and store them properly.
5. Before requesting the maintenance service, the customer shall perform all the self-test and maintenance procedures specified in the product operation manual, and provide the product model number, serial number, current fault performance and other related fault conditions in writing.
6. The maintenance personnel of the company have the right to access and use all the information and equipment necessary to repair the product.
7. The customer shall provide operating parts and consumables such as paper, disk, ribbon, card, formatted disk, and other similar products that the customer will use in normal operation.

Third, the service limit
1. Functional cleaning. Unless the product enjoys the functional cleaning or surface cleaning work specified by the service, any work related to cleaning and regular maintenance is not included in the company's services.
2, software and network support, unless the product is subject to service-related software or network-related maintenance work, it is not included in the company's services.
3. Expired products, expired products that have passed the specific support time are not included in the customer's free maintenance service.
4. All equipment caused by force majeure such as earthquakes, volcanoes, floods, fires, etc., cannot be properly operated and is not included in the scope of service provided by our customers.
5, consumer products, such as inkjet print heads, toner cartridges, batteries, drawing pens, paper, etc., no accessories, such as no devices, wiring parts, cables, external DC transformers.
6. Improper use caused by all human factors, such as debris entering the machine, not included in the customer's free maintenance.
