Commissioned development contract
Party A entrusts Party B to develop the device, and specially negotiates the following contract:
1. Development content: Automatic control and recording of two one-ton fermenters, two five-ton fermenters and two thirty-ton fermenters in the pharmaceutical workshop. Six sets of automatic temperature control devices are installed on a console.
2. skills requirement:
(1) The cooling water is at a temperature ______, the supply air temperature is ______, and the relative humidity of the air is ______. The fermenter is required to be automatically constant at a prescribed temperature throughout the fermentation process, and provides temperature measurement and monitoring.
(2) The console is manually adjusted while being automatically adjusted.
(3) The console is set with a temperature out of control limit alarm device (bell and signal light).
(4) The console is set with temperature automatic recording and temperature digital display as temperature monitoring.
3. Trial production costs:
Party A provides Party B with development funds of ______ million yuan. Party B shall complete the agreement, technical indicators and progress requirements, and Party A shall pay the research award fee of ____ yuan. Party A also agrees to pay a collaboration reward fee of ____ yuan per month in advance, which is ____ yuan two months in advance.
If Party B fails to complete on time, each 7% of the delay will be deducted from the _____% of Party B's project fee.
