Battery Technology Quality Acceptance Agreement

On the principle of mutual benefit and common development, both parties will jointly develop the _________ market, and Party B will provide the _________ special battery to Party A. After reaching a consensus through negotiation, the following agreements will be signed:

The battery shall have the signs of positive and negative, trademark, model, specification, manufacturer name, serial number, date of manufacture, etc., and the mark shall be clear, firm and not easy to fall off; the battery panel shall be clean and tidy.

1.4 Use ambient temperature

The colloidal battery can work normally in the range of -20 °C ~ 50 °C; the ordinary lead-acid battery can work normally in the range of -10 °C ~ 50 °C.

1.5 discharge capacity

After the battery is fully charged, it is allowed to stand for 1~4h in the environment of 25±5°C, and discharged to the battery voltage of 1050v with jb/t10262-XX standard. The discharge time is not less than 130min (3 loops are allowed) .

1.6 High current performance

After the battery is fully charged, it is allowed to stand for 1~4h in the environment with temperature of 25±5°C, discharge for 5min with 30i2(a), the voltage of the battery terminal is not lower than 84v (for example, 12v series), and the conductive part must not be blown. There is no abnormality in the panel.

1.7 Security performance

After the battery is fully charged, it is continuously charged for 04h at 04i2(a) in a temperature of 25±10°C. Then check the panel for no leakage and other abnormal phenomena.

1.8 Shock resistance

After the battery is fully charged, it is fastened to the vibrating table in an erect state in an environment with a temperature of 25±10 °C, and is subjected to an amplitude of 2 mm; a vertical vibration of a frequency of 167 hz, and an abnormal phenomenon such as no leakage is visually confirmed after 1 h. The voltage must be within the normal range.

1.9 Battery life

According to the 21 method of charging, in the jb/t10262-XX standard 611 discharge requirements, the number of loops "colloidal environmental protection type" is not less than 450 times, "ordinary lead acid type" is not less than 350 times.

1.10 terminal voltage and combination consistency

Pairing single voltage is more than 130v, the voltage difference between 2 sections is not more than 002v; the voltage difference of 3 sections is not more than 004v; the voltage difference of 4 sections is not more than 005v

1.11 Over-discharge capacity recovery performance

The “colloidal environment-friendly” battery began to discharge to near 0v with the jb/t10262-XX standard, short-circuit the battery poles for 24 hours, and then re-charged. After repeating the above five discharges, charging, and shorting, the battery (group) is discharged to a single 105v when jb/t10262-XX standard, and the discharged capacity should be greater than 90% of the nominal capacity ("normal lead acid type" is greater than 85% of nominal capacity).

2. Battery use

2.1 Charging the battery

"Colloidal environment-friendly" "Ordinary lead-acid type" battery charging (take 4 6-dzm-10 battery pack as an example): Connect the batteries in series to form a battery pack with a rated voltage of 48v. The first stage: constant current 15~18a The voltage gradually rises; the second stage: the voltage gradually rises to 588±02v and remains constant, and the current gradually drops to 400±30ma; the third stage: turbulent floating charge, voltage 555±05v, and the current gradually approaches 0ma.

2.2 The battery should be replenished in time after being put on hold for a period of time.

3. Battery acceptance

3.1 Acceptance content

3.1.1 Panel

(1) The panel has no deformation and crack, and the external dimensions and weight shall comply with the provisions of Article 13.

(2) There are positive and negative polarity, trademark, model, manufacturer name, date of manufacture, battery code and other signs, and the mark is clear and firm.

(3) The battery in the whole box shall be attached with the inspection certificate, the instruction manual and the after-sales service guarantee. The outside of the package shall be marked with the correct transportation.

3.1.2 Performance

(1) Measure the polarity of the battery, which should match the positive and negative polarity signs.

(2) After opening the box, the open circuit voltage of the single battery of the battery pack should be no less than 130v

(3) After the battery pack is fully charged, it is allowed to stand for 1~4h, and discharged at the ambient temperature of 25±5°C with jb/t10262-XX standard to the final voltage of the battery pack of 420v, and its discharge time is not less than 130min (allow 3 times back) ring).

3.2 Inspection method

3.2.1311 uses visual inspection, steel tape and scale.

3.2.2312 uses a digital multimeter and a discharge meter.

3.2.3 After the first batch of supply and after normal supply, Party B shall conduct tests on Articles 15, 17, and 19 every six months, and provide Party A with a written report approved by the state or industry.

3.2.4 Each batch is pumped out of a group of 3 batteries in the same package, and is inspected according to clause 15; 110 (15 is allowed for three loops). If the above requirements are not met, the sample is doubled according to the inspection rules. If the test is still unqualified, the batch of products will be returned.

4. The two sides agreed

4.1 Party A's duties

4.1.1 Party A shall inspect each batch of products provided by Party B according to the above rules. If there is any non-conformity or quality complaint, it shall be submitted in writing or by fax within 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

4.1.2 Party A shall notify Party B's service personnel to check the battery one by one for the manufacturing reasons during the use. If Party B does not meet the return requirements, Party B has the right to refuse the return or return the returned battery. To Party A.

4.1.3 Party A shall require the customer (dealer) to carefully fill out the relevant contents on the after-sales service guarantee provided by Party B, so that Party B can grasp the effective use period of the battery and establish the customer file.

4.2 Party B's responsibility

4.2.1 The quality of the products provided by Party B to Party A must meet the above technical requirements.

4.2.2 Taking the 4×6-dzm-10 battery pack as an example, the maximum current of the electric motor of Party A is not more than 150a, and the normal working current is on the flat road surface with the ambient temperature of 25±2°C and the wind power of 1-2. The load of 70-75 kg is not more than 7a; the relationship between the number of days of use and the mileage of Party B

Note: The reference mileage is carried out under the condition of ambient temperature of 25±5°C, normal vehicle and road conditions, maximum speed of 20km/h and load of not more than 75kg; and related to vehicle efficiency such as motor efficiency and controller control parameters. .

4.2.3 The warranty period of Party B's products under normal use conditions

(1) "Ordinary lead acid type" and "i generation colloidal environmental type" are ex-factory _________ months; use _________ months.

(2) "ii generation colloidal environmental protection type" factory _________ months; use _________ months. As long as the two conditions of the warranty period are met, the warranty period is exceeded. If the following problems occur during the warranty period: 1 short circuit 2 open circuit 3 reverse pole 4 large area powder removal, after the inspection of both sides A and B, the battery capacity reaches the standard. It is said that 60% of the capacity is repaired or exchanged by Party B, otherwise it will not be underwritten. (Other types of battery warranty period will be separately entered into between the two parties)

4.2.4 Party B shall return the same type of battery to Party A according to the number of batteries returned by Party A last month that are confirmed by Party B as the responsibility of Party B:

(1) If the battery is significantly reduced to less than 80% of the rated capacity within _________ months (or leakage, short circuit, etc.), Party B shall be responsible for replacing the new battery and recalculating the warranty period;

(2) The battery is ex-factory _________ months away and within the warranty period, if the capacity drops significantly to less than 60% of the rated capacity (or leakage, short circuit, etc.), Party B is responsible for replacing the maintenance battery with a nominal capacity of 80% or more. The three-pack period is renewed from the date of shipment of the original battery.

4.2.5 Party B is responsible for recovering the “Huafu” used batteries of Party A's warranty period. The recycling method and price are separately set.

4.2.6 The special battery for electric vehicles that Party B is responsible for is responsible for product reputation and product liability insurance by the People's Insurance Company of China.

4.3 This Agreement is an ancillary file of the Supply Contracts of both parties and has the same effect. The place of performance is _________ and the right of interpretation is owned by Party B.
