Technical transfer contract

1. At the invitation of Party B, Party A shall teach the technology of ______ production to the residence of Party B. The term of the contract is _____ years ___ month, from _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Second, until the expiration of the contract, Party A guarantees that Party B reaches the following technical level:

5. 7. In the event that the contract cannot be fulfilled due to an irresistible disaster caused by manpower, it shall be settled through negotiation between the two parties.
