1. The “contract type” of the patent application transfer contract shall indicate the contract for the transfer of the patent application right. According to the provisions of Article 10 of the Patent Law, the transfer of patent application rights by units under the ownership of the whole people must be approved by the higher authorities. When a unit or individual transfers a patent application right, it must be registered and announced by the patent office. Therefore, the “contract type” should indicate the date of approval, the registration number and the date of the announcement.
2. The “responsibility for the rejection of a patent application” should state whether the transferor is liable in the event of such a situation. The contract is not stated and the transferor is not responsible.
