英文求職信之秘笈大公開

許多求職者都有向用人單位傳送求職信去應聘工作的經歷，求職信是你取得成功的關鍵。如今不少求職信都是要求是用英文來撰寫的，特別是應聘一些外企職位的時候。那麼如何才能用地道流利的英文來寫好一份求職信呢？今天，就在這裡教你幾招。    和簡歷一樣，求職信越簡單明了越好，因為用人單位決不會在一份簡歷上花過多的時間。因此，如何通過「掃描關」就顯得猶為重要了。    秘笈1　寫好開頭    首先應該表明你是在何家媒體看到應聘廣告以及所要應聘職位的名稱，如：In answer to your advertisement in    for,I wish to tender my services.With reference to your advertisement infor,I respectfully offer myself for the post.    秘笈2　自我介紹    通常在這段里介紹你的工作經驗，特別需要注意的是，和所應聘工作無關的經歷就不要贅述了，如：I have been serving for overyears in.I have hadyears'experience withas a.    秘笈3　 說明原因    這裡包含兩個方面的原因，一是離開現職的原因，二是申請新職位的原因，如：My reason for leaving my present employer is    that I wish to get into thebusiness.I left the office on account of the     discontinuance of the business.    秘笈4 　證明能力　這部分非重重要，因為這體現你究竟能為公司做些什麼，直接關係到求職的成功率，但是也要注意一定要用最少的文字表達最多的意思。還是那句話，和所應聘職位無關的能力，也應該堅決予以剔除，如：I have received a special English education,and have a fair command of Japanese.In addition,I know a little French.During my education,I have grasped the principals of my major and skills of practice. Not only have I passed TEM-8,but more important I can communicate with others freely in English.My  ability to write and speak English is out of question.    秘笈5　關於薪水    這是個比較敏感的問題，如果一定要在信中提及的話，也是可以應付的，如：I am willing to serve on trialfor some months at a low salary.I should require a salary of2,000RMB a month to begin with.    秘笈6　當心結尾    成功的求職信決不是虎頭蛇尾的，往往會在此提及關於希望得到面試的事情。因此，結尾一樣要引起重視，如：I should be glad to have a personal interview and can furnish references if desired.I should appreciate the privilege of an interviews.I may be reached by letter at the address given below,or by telephone at 88888888.    秘笈7　注意附屬檔案    這個部分視具體情況而定，如果有詳細的簡歷，或者是用人單位需要的材料，附在求職信中時，需要註明，如：Enclosed please find a resume,a photo and an autobiography.A copy of my transcript is enclosed.    另外還有一些內容雖然不屬於求職信的一部分，但是也不能忽視，如求職信的用紙，一般採用A4幅面的紙張，正文用印表機列印出來，信末必須親筆簽名。列印字型不宜過大，這樣會增加篇幅，也不宜太小，給別人增添痲煩。字型不要採用花體，用黑體、宋體、仿宋就可以了，顯得正式而尊重。如沒有特殊情況，儘量少用彩色。總之簡潔大方就可以了，不要弄得過於花哨。    最後，將求職信裝入信封，就可以寄遞了。有關寫求職信的其它技巧，在你求職的過程中，一定也有心得，所以總而言之，祝你好運了！
