Environmental protection - the obligation of everyone

I once heard a slogan: "Sometimes, environmental protection is just the distance of a trash can; sometimes, environmental protection is just a high waist; sometimes, environmental protection is just the thickness of a piece of paper. The farthest distance of environmental protection is: The resources are around you, but you think it is rubbish."

This is a thought-provoking passage. It not only says that environmental protection is something that everyone can do, but also highlights that some people in the society do not pay attention to environmental protection, even if they are completely completely without this consciousness. In my mind!

There are many factors in the deterioration of the environment, reaching the sewage and smoke emitted from the factory; the carbon emissions from the exhaust of the cars on the road. It is so small that it wastes water, electricity, coal, cuts trees everywhere, and does not care for greenery. The scenes after the destruction of various environments are shocking: the statues that are corroded by acid rain are unrecognizable; the animals that are deformed are unsightly; the dead fish that accumulate in the river ponds; the dark rivers that smell out of smell all the year round. These are the warnings of nature to our human beings to destroy the environment!

Climate warming, industrial pollution, and excessive carbon emissions have caused waves in my heart. But I am just a small middle school student, what can I do? I can only do some small things, but I know that as long as I start from me, start from the side of me, everyone starts from small things, our environment will be greatly changed! Save a piece of paper and save a drop of water and electricity. Participate in the "Earth Hour", garbage sorting and throwing, step by step, and then small things, see the garbage pick up, do not litter and so on. Like this, every bit of it may seem insignificant, but it will accumulate over time, and if it can be done, then it will be effective and life will be better!

Environmental protection, for us, for our homeland, for our only earth. If everyone does not protect the environment and does not care about the environment step by step, then our homeland will be destroyed, laughing at the end, no longer will be us, we will only run the last drop of water - - tears. It was already too late to find out that it is necessary to take good care of the environment!

The earth is beautiful and fragile. So to do our duty, environmental protection is our obligation!
