On July 23, 1921, the Chinese Communist Party was established. On this day, the first National Congress of the Communist Party of China was held in Shanghai. Representatives from the conference: Li Da, Li Hanjun, Zhang Guofan, Liu Renjing, Mao Zedong, He Shuheng, Wang Jinmei, Deng Enming, Chen Tanqiu, Dong Biwu, Zhou Fohai, Chen Gongbo, and Bao Huizhen were dispatched by Chen Duxiu. They represent more than 50 party members in the country. The representative of the Communist International, Marin and Nikolski, attended the meeting. During the course of the meeting, suddenly the French concession patrol broke into the venue and the meeting was interrupted. Therefore, the last day of the meeting was transferred to a yacht in Nanhu, Jiaxing, Zhejiang. After discussion, the General Assembly adopted the first program and resolution of the Communist Party of China and elected the party's leading body, the Central Bureau.

The first time the Chinese Communist Party cooperated, in January 1924, the declaration adopted by the First National Congress of the Chinese Kuomintang in Guangzhou reinterpreted the Three People's Principles and identified three major policies of the United Russia, the Communist Party, and the agricultural workers. The first cooperation between the KMT and the CPC was officially formed.

The second cooperation is a full-minded preparation and sober cooperation between the two parties. The two sides presented a contradictory situation in which both the alliance and the struggle were both side by side and against the roots. Its formation is not an accidental social sign, but an inevitable outcome of China's specific historical development stage.
