The sweet potato biscuits and the sweet potato dates are similar. The sweet potatoes are washed and cut into thin pieces. The work is very fine. When these sweet potatoes are dried, they should be fried, but the taste can be compared with the sweet potato dates. It's not the same. Sweet potato dates are sweet but not greasy, smooth and refreshing, while sweet potato biscuits are crispy and crunchy. No wonder one is "cookie", but one is "jujube"!

Orchid beans are also one of my favorite snacks. Orchid beans, as the name implies, are made from soybeans. Yes, soy the soybeans in the oil, add salt and chopped green onion, and the orchid beans are made. The freshly-launched orchids are golden and fragrant, very chewy, but they never bite, chewed salty, sweet, and endless, and people can't help but eat more.
