This passage is taken from "How is steel made?" This sentence is deeply imprinted in my mind.

This book tells the story of a child who grew up from a child who didn't understand anything into a proletarian warrior. The protagonist Paul Kochakin is the youngest son of a poor worker in a small town in Ukraine. His father died when he was a child, and his mother was a cook in the rich family. His brother Al Gomum was a railway worker and the family was exhausted. The capitalist system exploits and oppresses the suffering of the people. After being forced to drop out of school, Paul met Zhuhe through his brother, and this acquaintance changed Paul's life. Later, Paul participated in the Red Army under the influence of Zhu Helai and became one of the most brave soldiers of the famous Kutovski's cavalry division. However, after a fierce battle, Paul was seriously injured and could not return to the front line, but he did not forget his work and immediately plunged into the local affairs. As a result of his outstanding performance, Paul was appointed as the Youth League Secretary of a railway factory, but he returned to his hometown for illness because of typhoid fever. After he recovered, Paul immediately immersed himself in the revolutionary work, but it didn't last long. In 1924, the party organization had to remove all of his heavy burdens and let him stay in the disease for a long time. During his illness, he met Daya and married her. In 1927, Paul was stunned and blind. He once gave up, gave up hope, and gave up the courage to live, but in the end, a strong revolutionary belief made him out of the bottom. Under such extremely difficult conditions, Paul began his creation. Although the process was not smooth, but with the help of his mother and his wife and comrades, on December 14, 1936, his first novel "The Birth of the Storm" was finally published!

After reading this book, I deeply felt the spirit of Paul’s dedication to the revolutionary cause and deeply touched me. I have to admire Paul's strong willpower.
