Qingming sweeping grave

The annual Ching Ming Festival is here again. To commemorate the heroic sacrifice of the revolutionary martyrs, the school today organized us to go to the Martyrs Cemetery to sweep the grave.
We started from one in nine, we wore small white flowers on our chests, and everyone walked neatly forward, and the pedestrians on the road looked at us with praise.
About twenty minutes, we came to the Fuyuan Martyrs Cemetery. Entering the Martyrs Cemetery, you will see the tall monuments. When you approached, you will see the "Soviet Navy Hero Martyrs Monument", eleven golden characters.
After a while, the mourning ceremony began and the audience stood up. The painful sorrow sounded, we first silently mourned for three minutes, then the two student representatives presented wreaths for the martyrs, then a student representative spoke, she told everyone: the Soviet Navy Hero Martyrs Monument - was built in September 1945, commemorating 27 Soviet Red Army soldiers who died in the liberation of Fuyuan. In 1960, the county people's government built a granite monument in Xishan, up to 30 meters. On both sides of the main monument, there is a 10-meter-high accompanying tower, surrounded by a spacious stone paving platform. Finally, the students will definitely study hard. Then everyone squatted in front of the monument and then presented flowers in front of the monument in order to cherish the reverence and grief of the revolutionary heroes!
On the way home from the Martyrs Cemetery, I still admire the heroic spirit of the revolutionary martyrs. We must study hard now, inherit the legacy of the martyrs, and be a useful person to the society in the future!
