Through study, I realized that the Chinese Communist Party is the vanguard of the Chinese working class, the faithful representative of the interests of all ethnic groups in China, and the core of the leadership of China's socialist cause. The ultimate goal of the party is to realize the social system of communism. The Communist Party of China always represents the development requirements of China's advanced productive forces; it always represents the direction of China's advanced culture; it always represents the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the Chinese people. The party's highest program is to realize the communist social system; and the party's basic line in the primary stage of socialism is to lead and unite the people of all nationalities, to focus on economic construction, adhere to the four basic principles, adhere to reform and opening up, self-reliance, and hard work. Struggle to build China into a prosperous, democratic, and civilized modern socialist country. Comrade xx put forward the important thinking of the "Three Represents", represents the development requirements of China's advanced productive forces, represents the direction of China's advanced culture, and represents the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the Chinese people. It is a unified whole, interconnected and mutually reinforcing. Developing advanced productive forces is the basic condition for developing advanced culture and realizing the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people. The people's people are the creative subject of advanced productive forces and advanced culture, and also the fundamental force for realizing their own interests. The continuous development of advanced productive forces and advanced culture is, in the final analysis, aimed at satisfying the growing material and cultural needs of the people and constantly realizing the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people. Adhering to the important thinking of the 'Three Represents' is the basic requirement for our party to maintain its advanced nature and always become the strong core of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. The key to implementing the important thinking of the 'Three Represents' is to persist in advancing with the times. The third plenary session of the 17th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China was held in Beijing from October 9 to 12, 2008. The General Assembly believes that the central government fully implements the spirit of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the 1st and 2nd Plenary Sessions of the 17th Central Committee, holds high the great banner of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and takes Deng Xiaoping Theory and the "Three Represents" as the guiding principles to thoroughly implement the scientific development concept. Continue to emancipate the mind, persist in reform and opening up, promote scientific development, promote social harmony, unite and lead the entire party and the people of all nationalities to seize the development opportunities, actively respond to the complex challenges of the international and domestic situation and the severe challenges of the natural world, and bravely fought against the south. In some areas, severe cold, snow, snow and ice disasters and the Sichuan Wenchuan earthquake have won major victories in the earthquake relief work.
