The restaurant is divided into 7 areas----Preface Hall, Food Culture Department, Food Hazardous Substance and Food Additives Exhibition Hall, Food Safety Incident and Counterfeit Food Display Hall, Food Production Process Exhibition Hall, Multimedia Screening Hall, and Tail Hall 7 The subject areas are composed; the most impressive thing about me is the display of food hazardous substances and food additive samples. Our food is inseparable from food additives, but some lawless elements are overused. The toxic effects of food additives on the human body are mainly acute poisoning and chronic poisoning. Acute poisoning usually occurs in the event of ingestion or abuse. Chronic poisoning is manifested in carcinogenesis and mutagenicity. It can be seen that the quality of the food is not the number of additives, but the amount of additives. If there are no additives in the food, then the food will not be preserved for a long time, and the food will not be eaten; but once the additives are added, the chances of getting sick will increase a lot. In fact, many people now have misunderstandings about food additives, thinking that there is a problem with foods with additives. In fact, there are more than 2,000 food additives approved in China. The harm of food additives to humans mainly comes from two aspects. On the one hand, it is used excessively, on the other hand, it is used in food production. For example, Sudan red, plasticizers and dichlorvos have been used for food processing. Excessive intake of people can cause acute and chronic poisoning. If the food additive is used according to the prescribed standards, it will not cause harm to the human body. Through this visit, I deeply realized that food safety is no small matter.
