Resignation letter format


The first paragraph: write the psychology of resignation, you can write some custom sentences. For example: After many considerations, I intend to quit my current position... or: I am going to apply for resignation from my current job due to a family accident. So the entire first paragraph can be written like this:
Dear HR Manager:
Hello!

Second paragraph: Explain the time of your own resignation. E.g:
