Book publishing agreement
Agreement Party A: Zhengzhou Tianxing Education Book Planning Co., Ltd.
In order to ensure the reliability and security of the information provided by Party B, Party A's revision of the work and the publication of copyright A and Party B reached the following agreement:
1. The information provided by Party B belongs to Party A's request, that is, the information is derived from and is used by state-level key middle schools. The information may not be from any website.
2. Party A shall pay Party B the remuneration of Yuan Renminbi. Party A shall take the uploading time of the website of Tianxing Education Network as the standard, and pay the final remuneration to Party B after the final draft.
Third, the information provided by Party B can be a scanned version of the picture, which can be used by express mail, which can be a word version (the reward is 4 yuan/thousand words, the number of words is subject to the actual computer input, that is, the word count is subject to the statistics) .
4. Party A owns the exclusive copyright of the material and is valid for five years.
5. Party A may, without seeking the consent of Party B, change the content that is deemed inappropriate in the information, that is, it has the right to amend. Have the right to organize and process the contents of the materials.
6. Party A shall be responsible only for the signing party B, and the rest shall be coordinated by Party B. Party B shall reach an agreement with the author responsible for writing the draft. If there is an economic dispute, Party A shall not be responsible. The specific manuscript and signature shall be the responsibility of the signatory of Party B. Party A shall not be responsible for any copyright disputes.
7. Party B guarantees that the originality of the information shall not be copied or infringed. If Party B plagiarizes another person's work and causes legal disputes after publication, Party B shall bear all legal responsibilities and economic consequences.
8. Party B has the right to review and draft the manuscript. The trial and the draft must be completed within the time specified by Party A.
9. If either party or Party B fails to continue to perform the contract due to environmental accidents or other accidents after signing the contract, it shall promptly notify the other party and coordinate with the other party to handle the relevant matters. Otherwise, the party shall be liable for breach of contract.
10. Both parties will follow the principle of joint cooperation, common development and long-term cooperation. In the event of a breach of contract by one party, both parties should try their best to resolve it through negotiation. If the negotiation fails, the arbitration committee of Party A's location will arbitrate.
If there is any irregularity, the agreement will be made in two copies and the signature of the two parties will take effect.
