Notice on the selection of model workers
The township party committees, the people's governments, the county departments and provinces and municipalities in various departments, enterprises and institutions:
In recent years, the county's cadres and workers and peasant people under the leadership of the county party committee and county government have pioneered and innovated, forged ahead, and worked hard, and made positive contributions to the implementation of the three major strategies and the promotion of the three civilizations in the county. The relevant matters concerning the selection work are hereby notified as follows:
I. Scope of selection and scope of selection: Workers, peasants, professional and technical personnel and cadres of party and government organs in all fronts of the county, all walks of life.
Selection of places: The county has selected xx models of labor models, of which female model workers are no less than x people.

Third, the selection principle and the principle of program selection: strictly in accordance with the conditions of labor model selection, facing the grassroots, facing the front line, bottom-up, excellent choice, and take the popular line. Those who have won the title of the county-level labor model or above, no longer repeat the evaluation. The leading cadres at the deputy level or above of the party and government organs are not included in the selection and recommendation in principle.
Selection program:

The recommended model worker's labor must be discussed and approved by the unit's employee representative meeting or the employee's meeting, and the unit shall sign the opinion; the peasant labor model must be discussed and approved by the village committee, and the township party committee signs the opinion. Legal representative of state-owned, collective, and township enterprises must sign opinions through the industry and commerce, taxation, and labor insurance departments.
2. The recommended labor model registration form and single-line materials shall be submitted to the county labor model review leading group office before April xx, and shall be submitted to the county party committee and county government for approval after approval by the leading group.
3. Publicize the model laboratories approved by the county party committee and the county government, and widely accept the supervision of the cadres and the community.
4. Organizational leaders In order to do a good job in the organization and leadership of the selection of labor models, a leading model for the evaluation of labor models was established in the county, with xxx as the team leader, xxx as the deputy leader, and xxx as the member.
