2019 work determination

Dear leaders and comrades:

In the past XX years, we have had successes and failures, but they have all become history. In XX, we participated in the “Mobilization Conference of China Unicom Qingshuihe Branch 100-day Marketing Campaign” held by our company. We have new goals and saw new hopes. There are new pressures and new motivations!

First, study hard and constantly improve theoretical literacy.

In the information age, learning is constantly absorbing new information and gaining motivation for career advancement. I actively responded to the call of the unit, combined with the actual work, constantly learning theory, skill knowledge and social knowledge, armed with advanced theory, improved ability with sophisticated business knowledge, and broadened horizons with broad social knowledge.

Second, work hard and transform roles.

"The theory is gray, the tree of life is evergreen." Only by putting the theory into practice can the value of the theory be realized. Only by putting the theory into practice can the theory be tested. Similarly, the value of a person is also achieved through practical activities, and only through practice can the quality of the person be exercised and the will of the person.

Third, improve work enthusiasm and initiative

XX has passed very quickly, and XX is a new beginning. What I show in front of me is a fertile ground for my own leisure. In the future work and life, I will continue to learn, practice in depth, constantly improve myself, strive to create performance, and continue to create more value for the society. I would like to thank the unit leaders and department leaders and comrades for their support and help.

This marketing campaign provided me with a rare opportunity to win the market in the society, let me experience life in the real society, and understand the various abilities that enterprises and individuals should have in society. Through continuous efforts and continuous improvement, I am confident that I will accomplish my tasks better in my future work.
