2. Each operating department shall set up voluntary firefighters. The department heads and volunteer firefighters shall conduct daily safety inspections on their areas of responsibility for work, and find that fire hazards are promptly handled and reported in a timely manner.
3. All operating departments ensure that the fire-fighting equipment in the area meets the requirements, ensure that the fire-fighting passages and fire-fighting doors are unobstructed, and ensure that the fire alarm system and the sprinkler system can work normally.
4. The storage and use of dangerous goods and flammable and explosive materials comply with fire safety standards. For warehouses storing large quantities of goods, the fire protection status complies with the fire safety system of the warehouse.
5. At the end of business, close the power supply in this work area, carefully check whether there is any leftovers and whether there is flammable material in the work. After the discovery, it must be handled in time to confirm the safety before leaving the post.

7. It is not allowed to install or dismantle various electrical equipment, power lines, switches, and it is not allowed to load on the power line, and it is not allowed to use various unauthorised electrical equipment.
8. Personnel who have not received on-the-job training or who have not obtained the employment certificate or who are not the operators of this position shall not operate professional electrical equipment without authorization.
IX. Seriously participate in fire training, know basic fire prevention knowledge, escape knowledge, report fire, use fire-fighting equipment, and save primary fires.
X. All operating departments must post information such as the alarm call and the contact information handled by the fire emergency team in an obvious position of the department.
XI. Obey the leadership, obey the command, accept security inspections at all levels, and actively rectify the problems pointed out.
12. Employees who have outstanding achievements in fire safety work shall be commended or rewarded by the department or the Ministry of Safety. For employees who violate this Agreement and relevant safety rules and regulations, the Ministry of Safety shall be punished according to the regulations until legal responsibility is pursued.
XIII. This “responsibility book” is in duplicate, one for the operation department and one for the security department for future reference.
